Nicole Biscoe grew up in Weatherford, Oklahoma. She attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University where she obtained her Bachelor’s in Finance in 2011. Nicole received her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in May 2017. While in law school, Nicole interned for a family law firm where her passion grew for helping clients through divorce and custody issues.
Prior to joining Scroggins Law Group, Nicole practiced in a full-service AmLaw100 law firm in Dallas where she was a member of the Medical Malpractice and Healthcare Practices Group. Nicole represented medical providers and health care institutions for insurers and self-insured clients. Her clients included long-term care institutions in long-term care and nursing home negligence for insurers and self-insured clients. She handled medical malpractice actions and represented physicians, nurses, dentists, and mental health providers in disciplinary matters before their respective licensure boards. Her practice also involved attending mediations, depositions, hearings, and conducting trials on behalf of clients in both state and federal court, in both Texas and Oklahoma. Her practice area encompassed areas of personal injury, premises liability, general liability, construction defect, insurance defense, general and complex civil litigation, and wrongful death actions.
Nicole is a tenacious lawyer with grit, who zealously advocates for her clients. Nicole is empathetic to clients’ needs and she understands the daily challenges of her clients and counsels them through each step of the litigation process. Nicole is committed to providing personalized and honest representation of her clients’ individual needs and she always keeps their best interest at heart in order to obtain the best resolution possible.
