The answer is going to be No, not in Texas. But can you still get those benefits through COBRA? And the answer is yes, the vast majority of the time anyway. So most, most of the time, you’re going to have Cobra benefits that are going to be available, You just have to follow what Cobra requirements are to be able to get those benefits. So if you have questions about that, talk to your attorney, you might find a situation where that is the right thing to do.
