ABOUT Theresa

Theresa Bui Creevy has more than 28 years of experience as an attorney and mediator in North Texas. She earned her law degree from Texas Wesleyan University in 1996 and she has been licensed in Texas since 1997. She was a Judicial Intern for the 14th Civil District Court, District Judge Eric Moyé in Dallas County in 2011.

Theresa’s practice includes family law, estate planning, probate law, criminal law. Theresa enjoys volunteering at various charities and she provides free legal advice to the community, as well as legal pro bono hours to some of her clients and the Dallas Volunteer Program (DVAP).

Theresa Bui Creevy was born in Vietnam and emigrated to the U.S. in 1975 at the age of 8. Theresa became a U.S. citizen shortly thereafter. She grew up in Dallas and attended Dallas public schools, then graduated from the University of Southern California in 1989 with her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She later attended Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now Texas A&M, School of Law) and graduated with her Juris Doctor.
