So a motion for enforcement is the vehicle by which you are trying to force the other party to do something that they were ordered to do in a previous order. So an example would be if someone was ordered to pay child support, they haven’t paid child support, you would file a motion for enforcement by content and when I say by contempt, that means where there is the ability to throw the person in jail for non payment. Okay. So a motion for enforcement to review again, is simply trying to force someone to adhere to the terms of a previous order that had been put in place previously
